Changed to severity low as it causes only minor inconvenience to users.This is expected behaviour of search transactions by description although could be a future feature to exclude exchange commands from user-defined descriptions.

Reason for disagreement: All the exchange transactions are listed out unnecessarily and add to the clutter in the UI whenever I specify something which matches the default "exchange description". What this feature should be doing is to search for transactions which I have labelled with my customised descriptions and not take into account default "exchange descriptions" which were automatically added. This greatly hinders the user in the search for transactions which he/she really wants to see as he/she will have to scroll a lot more to find the correct transactions.

I am not too sure if it is intended for the default exchange description to be included in the search when filtering transactions based on description. I might want to label my transactions with a letter 'c' and when listing them, all the exchange transactions are displayed too.
