Invite new maintainers #12

You seem too busy to maintain this repo, please add myself or others as collaborators and authors on npm. Passportjs org might also accept ownership.

I ended up using the very similar https://github.com/jaredhanson/passport-http-bearer maintainer is also absent but modules works and latest is on npm
