Spherical Collapse Particles test is currently failing #225

The tPARTICLESSYSTEMSphericalCollapse.CorrectInputExpectCorrectOutput tests is currently failing on both main and dev. Partially fixed in PR #223 and originally discussed in Issue #218

@ojwg, could you take a look at the output of this test and let me know if the current version is correct? If the current version of the code is correct I can update the test data.
