cannot install #39

I have it installed. Not sure if this is what allowed for installation, but I executed 'conda config --set channel_priority false' (as per this tip) prior to installing rad_haplotyper.

Also, once installed, instead of executing 'perl rad_haplotyper.pl', I had to remove 'perl' from the command, thus executing 'rad_haplotyper.pl'.
