Offset setting from HA #62

When trying to set offset with:

select.ariston_ch_fixed_temperature

There is an error poping up and rhis parameter won't change.

I have made a temporary fix for this, you can check at my forked repo here: https://github.com/pouzak/ariston-remotethermo-home-assistant-v2/tree/ch_fixed_temperature_fix

Also I'm planing to add some additonal sensors/selects for heat pumps, like resistors state (already added to 'more_sensors' branch), dhw boost, quiet mode and etc.
