Errors reported when installed in a Windows-11 Ubuntu WSL or a Container image.

O problema de instalação do chonos-log e chonos-sysconfig foram resolvidos. Entretanto, o chonos-sysconfig ainda não roda como serviço, o tomcat deve ser iniciado manualmente. O log do SMA também não inicia.
