Multiple unassign event and vendor planned enhancement is inadequate

• Understand that it is very likely for someone who is in charge of multiple events to forget to unassign events and vendors for an event after it has passed.
• Moreover, it will be difficult to keep track of the events that a vendor has been assigned to, especially months after the events are over.
• This enhancement is still inadequate because it is cumbersome for the user to have to search for these details and unassign accurately.

Recommendation:

To give users the option to let vendors be automatically unassigned from events after the event date has passed.

Team's Response

Automatically unassigned event after the dates have passed would be a separate enhancement rather than a bug of this planned enhancement. This planned enhancement was planned to address the issue of not allowing deletion of vendor/event with assigned items. The example provided is just a reason for why this feature might be useful but is not the definitive use case.

While it will be nice to have the option to allow automatic clearing of events after the planned date, planned enhancements are a non exhaustive list.
