Would you consider uploading the data on another website? I cannot download from baidu, because I dont have a chinese phone number.

What an amazing idea! i'm a graduate from Shanghai majoring in underwater object detection,in your paper you said you will release your code about UDD soon, I believe your algorithm will help improve the mAP of UOD a lot.
