Noting down a few breaking changes to do in v10, feel free to add more:

• [ ] Move Babel to the start of the transform pipeline, so that custom syntax (eg JSX) is compiled before other transforms see the code (https://github.com/choojs/bankai/tree/babel-start)
• [ ] upgrade to babel 7 (https://github.com/choojs/bankai/tree/babel-7)
• [ ] drop the brotli package and only use wasm-brotli, requires that we drop Node <8 support
• [ ] maybe switch from unassertify to mini-unassert in tinyify, it might be faster narrator: it was not faster
