Format of help page
Firstly the different commands could be separated to improve readability. For the part on the exchange command, when the description spans across 2 lines, the format is rather weird and affects the readability.

The help message and user guide could be reordered to have the more crucial commands first.
In the UG, the first commands are help, followed by create-account. I think this is a good order to follow since it seems the user should be doing
create-accountfirst. However, the help message in the CLI is ordered unintuitively.Likewise, can put the currencies list next to the commands that require them?
