UG is poorly formatted, especially at addMeeting

In the addMeeting part of User Guide, there is a very noticable gap, with the example extending to the next page although there is a lot of empty space for the message

As shown in the screenshot below, the example screenshot in
view cfeature for User Guide is being separated in different page as the feature explanation section, causing difficulty for the user to read and refer to the examples.Page break should be implemented to avoid such inconvenience.
