`UI Component` heading separated from its own section in DG

As shown in the screenshot below, the UI Component heading (in Page 4) is separated from its own explanation section, causes user to confuse on what they are exactly reading on Page 5 in Developer Guide.

The UI Component heading should be moved to page 5 instead, for user to read and understand the section easily.

For DG, it is more severe as there are a lot of formatting errors that are very noticable. Here are all the screenshots that can be considered as quite jarring
