Add heatmap chart type for yes/no/unknown types #135

We should have a heatmap style chart for grouping sets of related yes/no fields into a single compact concept. This would be very useful on fields from a CRF like this: image

I'm picturing a grid color-coded by percentage with the numbers available on hover. When the user selects one of the boxes in the grid, it is visually indicated either with a check mark or something similar.

@mitalia Is this still a needed feature? If so, is there a project and concept that you can point me to that would lend itself to this type of chart so that I can use that in the testing(assuming this is still a valid feature request)? I'm trying to update and label the older issues here.

@naegelyd The example Mike gave above is an excerpt from the PCGC Cardiac Abnormalities category.

This is an extremely common scenario on PCGC. I think these kind of grid displays are pretty common on a lot of prospective studies. It remains to be seen whether or not the heatmap is the right representation, but some form of condensed view of these kinds of fields where there are a ton of similar questions that vary only slightly would be useful. I can supply more examples if needed.
