Possible validation bug related to manually entering values into paginator text area #723

To reproduce:

1) Navigate to 'Query' page in open-mrs 2) Click 'Patient Details' and 'MRN' 2) Enter 5k MRNs and click 'Apply Filter' 3) Refresh the (query) page 4) Remove the filter 5) Click 'Patient Details' and 'MRN' again

Finally, the page becomes unresponsive.
