Total page count not always calculated #774

This function is not called when the results page is first navigated to. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add a filter
  2. Go to results page, the total pages will be "all"
  3. Refresh, the total pages will be correct

Step 3 works because the results appears to be bound and waiting for the query change event to happen so it can get the count.
