Add a 32-bit Windows dist flavor per site request #14

I stuck with the gox approach because I don't have time to muck about. I uploaded a 32-bit Windows file for Colorado to try out. If that works for them, we can merge this.

Since St Louis is also a windows shop, would this benefit us as well?

@WustlRob I don't know which architecture (32- or 64-bit) you are using. There are now binaries for both, so use whichever is appropriate. The 64-bit version is the one not explicitly labeled as such.

@murphyke 64-bit for us so we can run either. Saw the github notice and thought it might be a version ahead of what we were using. Thanks for the info!
