Steps to recreate: 1) login to omop_harvest. 2) navigate to logout button and press logout. screenshot from 2014-07-21 17 38 54

I think I remember coming across this and thinking it was tied in with the chopauth problem (#25) and possibly with the use of django-registration2, which may interact with the version of django...

fixed it. It was a simple issue w/ in conf/urls i think
