@hassanNS has created a mock dataset for headless testing.

Found the right dataset, it looks great to me. @hassanNS I'm going to pass the rest of this ticket off to you. It might be easiest to just make a new issue branch on the public repo and add the dataset there, rather than trying to navigate all the leftover conflicts that could exist in the private repo.

Yes, that's too big. The test are really targeted. I am thinking that we can really scale down the vocabulary data.
