Switch dep config files to the new format #32

I switched the dep config files to the new format. Since the constraints in the original (json) files were all master and the locked commit ids were seemingly random, I left the dep-suggested version constraints as-is.

Great thanks! No worries with the versions since they weren't explicit to begin with. We will fix if breaks down.
