A few points:
I'm intending that the ORD lookup only supports GET requests. The idea is that our ORD collection is a faithful database to the true ORD. If a user wants to add to the ORD they have to go through the formal process. If it's approved, then it'll be merged into our ORD collection whenever we update it
the ORD collection lookup only supports InChIKey lookups right now. We can change that in the future, but I'm not sure how urgent that is
I changed some style around in other files when I was trying to learn what was going on. Feel free to discard
