no idea how accurate this is... ORD collection is added to the cipher_aspire DB and the corresponding searches work. I can't really test locally right now because I don't have a secret_key.txt

A few points:

• I'm intending that the ORD lookup only supports GET requests. The idea is that our ORD collection is a faithful database to the true ORD. If a user wants to add to the ORD they have to go through the formal process. If it's approved, then it'll be merged into our ORD collection whenever we update it
• the ORD collection lookup only supports InChIKey lookups right now. We can change that in the future, but I'm not sure how urgent that is
• I changed some style around in other files when I was trying to learn what was going on. Feel free to discard

Everything looks good here, I will make some additional changes needed for app deployment on the webserver and then test the ORD restful commands on the live server
