Clean up table generation #53

Use something like flask_table to generate the tables for users/events/lists more dynamically

Turns out integrating this with our custom tables is a hassle... I'll keep this open, but it's pretty low priority

not sure how well this would play with the addition of buttons in tables and how they are aligned from #157
