6 years ago I would like to see some of the students develop specialties. There are a handful of things that Bill and I talked about, that would benefit the team:
- Vision (See #3)
- PID tuning (#8)
- Pathfinder (autonomous should be easy until you do fancy stuff like pathfinder)
- LED driving
- Gyro tuning
The idea is that we'd continue doing what we did last year, having different people work on different subsystems, but these veterans who focused on the different disciplines - the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) - would be able to step in and help out on any of the various subsystems where their specialties are relevant.
