End turn button #29

Created End Turn button in UI for advancing the model.

Please test.

You can now move multiple units around the map by selecting Move in the menu and then pressing where you want to go. They won't start moving until you press the End Turn button. Ships move one sector per turn.

Some UI improvements to come in the future.
