Remove IML files #30

The IML files are constantly changing and they really pollute our changes. They're clearly not meant to be in this tree. I know we closed the old PR but it's really bugging me.

This PR removes them from version control. I did some testing with fresh Android Studio and I wrote up some instructions in the README if the IDE complains about the SDK. The instructions seem to work reliably so far. Will also test on a Linux box.

Yes, they are recreated. Confirmed on Debian and mac OS.
