Diplomacy #45

Do we want a diplomacy angle to the game between human player and AI? If so then what does that look like? Is it part of MVP?

I think we do want diplomacy, and I also think that a good v1 would be basic non-agression (no combat in open space, no access to each other's territory), war (auto-combat upon meeting), Alliance (no combat at all, access to all space)

Do you agree with this? Or do you think the diplomacy should be more complex/simpler? Once we decide we can make tickets to specify implementation.
