There are no battle events when two ships start and end in the same sector #78

When two ships start and end in the same sector, there is no second battle.

Reproduction steps: start game as is right now, and press turn: in sector 2,2 there is a battle. press turn again, there is no battle, but both ships are still there.

@chorhatarahuduketuri this should have already been fixed in #76, please verify
