Chief changes:

Add apps.json as a local package resource to avoid downloading on package instantiation or manual management by package users. Had some problems with backtracking in regexes from Wappalyzer main repo, so this will let us pick a stable apps.json version to include in the package
Allow passing in apps.json from local path.
Restructure package slightly.
Add analyze_with_categories() function, which returns category names in addition to apps found.

Thanks for the PR. Y'all seem a lot more invested in this package than I am; would you like me to transfer the repo to you?

Sure, I'd be happy to take it on. Would you also please be able to give me Maintainer access on the Pypi package to push new releases? My username over there is chorsley as well.

Clearly this isn't the process GitHub had in mind :) Maybe I'll just delete my repo and yours will become the canonical home for the project.

I've given you owner privilege to the PyPi project.
