[ ] Identify co-developer(s) to help with implementation
[ ] Prepare for running reports on newest round of data submissions

Update: there will be unit-level VISIT_DETAIL mapping coordination. The cohort-based reporting should reflect these stratifications. Potentially also stratify by age range within the unit would make sense.
