Users need to be registered in the MGB Microsoft tenant as a user
Create a registration form to allow external users to get added to the AD
Registration need to be developed and vetted. Qualtrics survey created for agreements to be reviewed and signed
Tie the output of this to a workflow for the provisioning of workspace for that user.
