External user access & logging #2

External users will be provisioned their own group within the MGB EntraID space on Azure. Users within this group will then gain access to one of two externally facing portals:

  1. Portal for data contributing site managers, which will have an upload space for data deliveries and a view on the various data in Ares
  2. Portal for analytics users, which will have all tools demonstrated at the F2F workshop on 19 April
