@Divya going to create structure of how the APIs will interconnect between CHoRUS contestant submission to the population of the leaderboard-- the verification validation of the code, and how each competition will have a special config parameterization / API that specifies how the scores will be displayed and the ranking order, and rules associated with the ranking.
