Checking if columbia has final data uploaded;

MGH checking is shoring up accuracy;

Emory uploaded waveform data and OMOP is ready

TO DO: Add method for separation by site/site identifier

3 sites have had issues with OMOP. Still pending updates

Tool speed faster with multithreading (dependent on local compute on site)
