newer cpu arch files not present? #1

CHPC's Spack is still a work in progress as we are learning all the features and possibilities.

At present we have the generic "nehalem" architecture functional, and are working on assessing how the higher CPU micro-arch targets work. Therefore we don't have the skylake modules available yet.
