Major changes:

created post component, which displays full post image and details
on successfully uploading a post, users will be redirected to that new post
thumbnails have been changed to a links that go to their respective posts

TODO:

style thumbnail displays to look like prototype in the home, we-challenge, me-challenge, and profile component
