donecanvasdialog fix for Pd 0.48+ #37

This PR fixes an issue with donecanvasdialog that keeps GOP working with the droidparty abstractions, as mentioned on the Pd-list. It also adds inlets & outlets to the [touch] object. Perhaps i/o could be added to a few other objects later as these abstractions are useful outside of DroidParty/PdParty.
