Love the vision & simplicity of bugout!

I'm just dipping toes, feeling my around and thought I'd share my rough WIP. After tasting the perf of deopt-less v8, I can't help but strive to make all things monomorphic, long way to go still...

@d4tocchini I had to push an update which has caused a conflict in your PR. Can merge if you update. Could you also please remove the built artifact bugout.min.js as it is difficult to audit.
