Add RStudio related files #134

This commit add the necessary files/new lines in existing files to enable me to edit coloc using RStudio.

happy to add to .Rbuildignore, .gitignore, but not sure your Rproj file needs to be in github - won't that affect anyone else downloading the repo to play with who may want to use different settings?

I don't think so, it's quite standard and generally recommended for the .Rproj file to be committed - such as in susie.
