I am using coloc.susie() to run colocalization and I'm curious how the "representative" SNPs (i.e. hit1 and hit2) in the summary table.
I took a cursory glance at some examples, and it looks like it might be the SNPs with the highest PIP in each set of SuSiE results, but I wanted to confirm that that's actually the case or if those representative SNPs are chosen in a different way.
