1 year ago H4 in $summary is the overall posterior support for a shared causal variant.
PP.H4 in $results is the posterior support for each snp to be solely responsible for the shared signal assuming it exists
You should only consider PP.H4 in $results if H4 in $summary is high.

Dear developers, thank you for your work and colocalization tool. I was wondering what exactly means when the H4 in $summary is low but I find SNPs with PP H4 in $results > 80-90% and vice versa?
