Is it possible to get all app_ids of games on an account? #149

Yes, we have LICENSES which return names and we can check this result in owns bot name/....
But it return not only names. Example result: Gift / GuestPass | Counter-Strike Complete - 2014. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and others CS with others games in pack not shown

In summary, you could use:

either /dynamicstore/userdata (not exhaustive)
or steamctl apps list (exhaustive)
