I noticed that travis-ci has been red for a few months now. Maybe this will help to get a passing build again.

Thanks for the pull-request! I've merged most of the changes in v2.2.9, but decided to use a slightly different ruleset for the trailing commas in multiline literals/ arguments.

I would've loved to cherry-pick the changes you've made to preserve your name in the git log, but they were all in one commit. Hope you can live with that! :)
