Detect configs inside an nginx directory #6

Inside Rails projects we store our nginx configs inside the directory config/nginx/ so I added this path to the ftdetect list.

Usually I don't like adding too many custom directories to the list, but in this case /nginx/*.conf sounds generic enough.
