minor updates on system & new command #15

new commands

added Chrez cry
added Chrez [offensive stuff]
added inline command sad

system updates:

put all scattered classes and types into folder library
added error mapping
removed some useless files
several tweaks in error handling at messageCreate and interactionCreate
moved sendError to appropriate class as static member (sendError is still exist but working on deleting it)

bugfix:

fix alias command not working
fix chrez help showing experimental while the command is not experimental
