Archive function #17

A means of archiving off timer items from the database into a flat file (preferably one in a format that can be re-imported into QuickBooks or the timer itself)

@BradConnor, for this functionality what exactly would we look to archive? Time Logs with their respective Timers Types? Would we also want to archive the relevant customers and Invoice Items?

Essentially could be just a matter of using the export functionality and adding a means to import them back into the timer application?

As per conversation just now - maybe not such an issue if we're thinking about synchronising to a shared database. My thought was mainly if I was using the database on one machine but then wanted to transport it across to another, but, again, that's not necessary if the datbase is shared in a web-synchronised OneDrive or DropBox folder, say. Park for now.
