QB Timer Database - Choose Save Location

Provide the option to select the save location of the QB Timer Database file

Added Settings menu item with browse button, beginning binding commands and then need to store the save location for later use.

On selecting a new save location:

• Check for an existing file there, if one exists then ask the user if they wish to Import it or overwrite it
• If the user chooses to import then refresh from the DB, reset the Last Import time and check for a new import file.
• If we find a new import file then ask the user if they wish to import it, ignore it or manually import a different file
• If the user chooses to overwrite then just copy the Database from its current location.
• Need to make sure on start up that we do not crash if a Database file is not found, but warn the user.
• May need to implement way to create a new Database should the user 'lose' the Database file
