Show Exported Logs Changed Update #45

Changing the value of the 'Show Exported Logs' CheckBox should trigger an update to the Time Logs DataGrid to display any exported logs.

Added a command binding to the Checked and Unchecked events to trigger ShowExportedTimeLogsChangedCommand which notifies the change to FilteredTimeLogsForEmployee
