Timer Type Inactive Triggering #46

Functionality is required to trigger updates to Timer Types when any of their elements become inactive. This should probably be triggered from the QuickBooks Data Import Tool. When importing new Customers / Service Items / Employees / Classes check all Timer Types for conflicts and update any inactive Timer Types.

Added this functionality to the Timer Data Import tool to run after an Import takes place
