Time Log / Timer Type Interaction #47

31 Highlighted issues with clarity on the purpose of Timer Types therefore the Play / Pause Interactions should be moved to the Time Log directly, this will be applied to Docked Panel Buttons shown in the image below

To reduce confusion Timer Types are to be Renamed Time Log Templates and relocated to a flyout panel. Play / Pause interactions will be replaced with a 'Create Time Log' function

View is set up and binding are set but need implementing in the View Model.

Functionality added and Triggers modified to better display active / inactive buttons in the docked panel area.
