Considerable delay in the Loading of the application caused by updates to the Local Database -

Add an Update ID to a new Table 'Status' or alike to determine when any changes have been applied, additionally identify where optimization may be possible in the update procedure.

Managed to improve time taken to update Local Database from Live Database from 34.6 seconds to 0.7 seconds resulting in a total load time of 4.5 seconds
