Start on currently selected item #60

When editing the class or service item in a timer log, the list should "land" on the currently selected item when you open it up. For example, I have one timer type for development on a project, which I then will customise to the individual project when I create a timer log activity. When I go to select the project (service), I would like "Projects" to be the focussed item in the list when I open it up. Not a biggie,but if the list gets longer and longer over time then it'll become one.

Cause of the issue is that the Toggle Flyout Events arent picked up if you just click off the fly out rather than closing it via the button so Refreshing of the Item Hierarchy doesn't occur

Successfully managed to get the Selected Items to correctly select, and they refresh as appropriate, still no auto scroll into view though
